Made in India, a photo exhibition by Montreal-based artist Caroline Tabah, presented by the Pandit Ram Sahai Sangit Vidyalaya (PRSSV), and hosted by the Watford Central Library from June 12 to July 14, 2014. All are invited to meet Caroline at the exhibition launch on Thursday, June 12 from 5-7 pm.
Fragments of light from film sets in Mumbai and Pune, Made in India will transport you behind the scenes of Bollywood and Marathi filmmaking.

Based in Montreal (Quebec, Canada), Caroline Tabah is an author, screenwriter, filmmaker, concept designer, director, film editor, and photographer. Eager to share her love for the cinematographic richness and artistic culture of India, Caroline conceives and directs multidisciplinary events and founded the Montreal Indian Film Festival, Made in India, in 2008. Caroline also gives lectures, interviews, and courses on the cinema of India.
Her passion for India and its cinema led her to India in 2009, for an internship in film production on numerous film sets, due to the generosity of the great Indian actor Dr. Mohan Agashe. Receiving a grant from the Shastri Indo-Canadian Institute (Government of India) in 2011, Caroline Tabah did an internship in scriptwriting and direction with the legendary Indian director Shyam Benegal, in Mumbai.
